Shipping & Processing
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: USA, CAD, UK, EU, AUS and NZ orders can be processed. Duty and Customs fees are buyer responsibility. Regular, economy shipping (including Oversized Air within Canada) does not include tracking and insurance, choose the alternate options and this will include insurance and tracking.
NOTE: We try to keep shipping costs as low and as reliable as possible, never charging handling or material fees. Regular, economy shipping is reliable with a very low lost package rate. However, such loss is a risk of choosing this options.

We usually ship Canadian orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and transit time varies from 4 to 12 business days depending on your location. Our carrier is Canada Post.
* As Of SEPTEMBER 2017, USA and International orders now ship on TUESDAYS to take advantage of bulk shipping costs and tracking services from our US warehouse location. Our carrier is USPS.
CANADA: Canadian orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days of being shipped.
We ship via Canada Post Air Oversize. This keeps our shipping rate starting at only $2.10. You may also choose, at added cost, Expedited Parcel and/or XpressPost and this will include insurance and tracking.
USA: United States orders usually arrive within 4-9 business days of being shipped, but may be delayed due to holidays or busy periods. We ship via Light Packet Air USA. This keeps our shipping rate starting at only $5.70 (No tracking or Insurance). Multi-packs and larger orders start around $7.00. Tracked Packet or Xpresspost are also available and offer insurance and tracking at added cost.
UK & EUROPE: Orders from the United Kingdom and Europe usually arrive within 6-14 business days.
*We ship via Canada Post Light Packet International for international orders, starting at $8.78. Tracked Packet Intl is also available at added cost, and offer up to $100 order insurance and tracking. Duty and VAT are your responsibility. Contact us for other options.
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: Orders from Australia and New Zealand usually arrive within 6-14 business days.
*We ship via Canada Post Light Packet International for international orders, starting at $8.78. Duty and Taxes are your responsibility. Tracked Packet Intl is also available at added cost, and offer up to $100 order insurance and tracking. Contact us for other options.
REST OF THE WORLD: Contact us for shipping to other countries or to ship with added tracking and/or insurance. Duty and taxes/VAT at border are buyer responsibility.
If you want tracking, insurance or faster shipping, that you do not see in your options, PLEASE contact us at time of order.
When we receive your payment your order is immediate added to the shipping line. It usually take 1 to 2 days for orders to be shipped (not counting weekends when Canada Post is closed).
When your product is ready to be shipped we will send it via Canada Post Air, Light Packet, Small Packet, Expedited or XpressPost, depending on the final amount of your order. Most orders will be sent Air, Light or Small Packet and normal transit time is 4-6 business days to Canada and the USA and 7-10 business days to EU, AUS, NZ and other internationals. Contact us PRIOR to your order for shipping information.
Shipping and handling via Canada Post is $3,50 for one regular Kid Companion chewelry necklace. (estimate shipping as 15% of your total order ) For larger orders, the percentage of shipping is lower. For areas outside CND, USA, AUS, NZ and UK, please contact us for rates. Further information can be found on our order terms page. Our Check-out process also includes a Shipping Calculator so you are able to estimate your total cost before purchase.
We can ship anywhere in the world. The most common places are Canada, USA, UK and AUS/NZ. We ship internationally via our online store and you can also find us in various occupational therapy catalogues and online stores worldwide. Please visit our locations for further information.
