Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will accept a return or exchange on many products within 14 days of receipt. Please note that KidCompanions Chewelry and SentioCHEWS pendants are considered consumables, and these may not be returnable if used.

For products that arrive damaged or item number error, SentioLife Solutions Ltd, will pay for return/replacement shipping. For regular returns, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping charges for the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund.

All cancelled orders will be confirmed by email.

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Orders that are refused are still considered returns, and as such, the shipping costs both ways may be incurred as detailed above.

Please note the risks of choosing the least expensive shipping method. Though lost packages are very rare, they do happen. If you want to be certain that you are protected against loss and/or can track your package in detail, please choose a corresponding shipping service.

To return an item, please:

  1. Contact us and explain the reason you want to return your item.
  2. Pack the item(s) to be returned and include a note with the reason for return in the package (copy of email correspondence is suitable).
  3. Return the package via regular mail.

Credit Process

Our payment system (PayPal) credits the refund according to how the original payment was made. Please note that refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
