SHIPPING
We usually ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order and transit time varies from 3 to 14 business days depending on your location. NOTE: labels must be custom made and will add 2-3 days processing time before we can ship.
We ship via Canada Post Air Oversize for Canadian orders and Light Packet USA for US orders. This keeps our shipping rate starting at only $3.00 in North America. It has been reliable. Contact us for shipping to other countries or to ship with tracking and/or insurance.
CANADA and USA:
CANADA: Canadian orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days.
For Canadian orders of over $50, your package will be shipped Expedited Parcel and this will include insurance and tracking.
USA: USA orders usually arrive within 4-9 business days.
For USA orders of over $50, your package will be shipped Small Packet Air USA and this will include insurance.
INTERNATIONAL
UK & EUROPE: Orders from the United Kingdom and Europe usually arrive within 6-14 business days.
*We ship via Canada Post Light Packet International for UK orders. For orders of over $50, your package will be shipped Small Packet Air Intl and this will include insurance.
